Jawaharlal Aviation Institute

Jawaharlal Aviation Institute is available to accommodate serviceable aircraft Learjet 25B and Cessna 150. Other aircraft structure available are Ercoupe 425, Main wing and control surfaces of various aircraft for structural repair demonstration and study on airframe construction methodology. All the training facilities held at JAI have been built in line with DGCA requirements. The infrastructure also satisfies the requirements for primary AME training schools approved by the Significant architects have designed the class-rooms and the elegant interiors of Jawaharlal Aviation Institute setting high standards with ambience of a sophisticated factory and provides workspace for innovative engineering functions. The entire premises are equipped with power back-up systems.

Class-Room Facilities

The Institute has four class-rooms which can comfortably accommodate 30 students in each class room. All class rooms are provided with modern teaching aids like the overhead LCD projectors to enhance learning experience through visual demonstrations and presentations

Workshop & Labs

Setting high standards with ambience of a sophisticated factory and provides workspace for innovative engineering functions


We have well equipped workshops with ample space for conducting practical training sessions to students. A separate work table is fitted bench-wise facilitating each trainee to undertake independent jobs. The workshop provides a noise-free, furnished space and an ambience with proper lights, ventilation, and with adequate fire extinguishing system.
